Dionne is the driving force behind Events by Dionne Inc., a boutique agency known for curating high-impact experiences that blend luxury, culture, and sport. With 20+ years in the Event and Marketing industries—including leadership at Canada’s largest entertainment venue—she has produced events for Fortune 500 brands, tourism boards, and high-net-worth clients across Canada and the U.S.
Dionne specializes in translating brand vision into unforgettable experiences—whether activating court side at a sporting event, producing red carpet galas, or leading destination retreats for the C-Suite executives. Her work is rooted in authenticity, strategic storytelling, and a concierge-style approach tailored for her high touch clients.
Memorable Moments: We remotely executed micro-events in 5 US cities while successfully producing the final activation online, and exceeding targets for total audience viewership.
in 2024 we executed a week long executive retreat in Sedona Arizona and the luxury car ride from airport to hotel venue was breathtaking alongside the views of the Red Rock Scenic Byway.

With 10+ years of experience across TIFF, BAFTA, and the British Film Institute, Rheima Robinson brings a unique blend of creativity, precision, and cultural insight to Events by Dionne Inc.
She has led red carpet galas, private VIP events, and large-scale activations in the UK and Canada—seamlessly managing logistics, guest experience, and sponsor engagement. Backed by a Master’s in Arts Management, Rheima’s work is defined by her audience-first approach and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Cheryl is a seasoned Virtual Assistant with a strong track record in event planning and business support. As the founder of Your Creative Admin, she specializes in supporting entrepreneurs by streamlining administrative tasks, optimizing business processes, and orchestrating memorable events.
Her passion for event planning ignited as she found herself at the helm of coordinating everything from high-energy corporate events and immersive retreats to bustling tradeshows, impactful workshops, and seamless virtual seminars. Seeing the powerful intersection between structured administration and creative event execution, she launched Your Creative Admin, Virtual Assistant Services — a one-stop solution tailored to help entrepreneurs bring their visions to life with precision and flair.

Multifamily Conference 2023

The Events by Dionne team was brought on to plan, produce and design a VIP experience for Canada’s largest Real Estate Conference held downtown Toronto. We successfully executed our unique Experience Cycle as we managed 9 activations over 3 days in 3 separate venues: Metro Toronto Convention Centre; CN Tower: Rebel Entertainment Complex. Our meticulous planning, collaborative design efforts and onsite production expertise alongside our partners, resulted in winning a prestigious award from the Canadian Event Awards.
